Leadership Team
Like all of the schools within the ESF family, Tsing Yi Kindergarten is led by some of the most talented and experienced educationalists to be found in any school in any part of the world. Led by our Principal, Suzannah Large, the leadership team and other key staff make sure that we are taking every opportunity to help our students be the best that they can be.

After working in both Early Years and Primary education in the U.K., Italy and the U.S, Suzannah moved to Hong Kong to be part of the ESF family in 2008. A member of the TYK Leadership Team since 2011 and having served as Principal since 2020, she firmly believes in the power of an outstanding early years education to shape the future.

Alli became a part of the ESF family in 2010. An experienced Early Years educator, she has worked in the U.K. and The Netherlands, where she developed a strong passion for play-based inquiry learning. Alli's enthusiasm for supporting children's learning as they embark on their educational journeys led her to join the leadership team in 2020.

Since 2007, Michelle has been an integral part of the ESF Family. She brings a diverse background from Korea, Canada, the Netherlands, and Hong Kong. She strives to create an engaging and supportive environment where every child can thrive.

Parent Partnerships
Every parent always wants the best for their child, and so do we! Parents of students at Tsing Yi Kindergarten are invited to play an active role in their child’s education. Throughout the year we have a number of opportunities to meet the teacher and learn about progress, and we communicate throughout the year about how parents help their child as they navigate the all-important first step of their education.
